    This is a repost from three years ago
     
    i took off work for Nash's birthday
    which is today
    we were going to go to the atlanta zoo
    but with time and budget restraints
    we will probably just stay home
    and get the creek ready for his birthday party saturday
     
    and eat bbq salad and cheese cake
     
    life is good
     
    but
     
     it's better if you have a kid to hang around with
     
    heart

    It's a boy.....7 lbs 14.3 oz - born 4:03am 9/25/2009    everyone did so great - he has a head full of black hair and really big feet
     
    We got home from the hospital about 7 this am....I was going to call everyone after I posted stats... (I figured everyone was up by then ) but I fell asleep on the couch and haven't been long up... Here's a little time line.  Hopefully my Mom will see them on my sisters computer and see what she is missing not having a computer!!!  Momma - it's so much fun!!!!  I could talk to you everyday - No? Anyway -

     here's lookin at you kid....

    Delivery Room Seven

    It was kinda like a birthing party - everyone was soooo nice - I haven't pushed so hard in a very long time - and it's harder to hold your breath for 10 seconds than you might think!

    he has a great voice

    and big feet and hands (among other things :)
             

    He's very pink and thinks he can crawl already (the nurses said no crawling in labor and delivery)

    Momma is tired but doing GREAT

    So Is Dad

    we got to keep him in the room with us for an hour and then it was off the nursery to be weighted and measured.
    (If Barry told any of you he was 24 or 26 inches - please disregard He was tired too)
