• Peace

  Strange things have been happening around here this morning

  in descending order:

  We're having an addition built on the office and there's lots of construction people about

  one fellow came in and asked if that was my silver honda in the parking lot

  I said it was and he said well there's a bird in your car 

  I'd left the window down about 3 inches and a mocking bird flew in

  it was thrashing about and trying to get out the passenger side window

  so I opened that door and the bird fell back in the drivers seat

  on it's back with it's tail feathers all contorted and it's feet sticking up in the air

  I though it'd broken it's back or something and was dead 

  I picked it up and it was very much alive, it bit the hell out of my already scarred up arm

  and flew away into the wild blue yonder.

   

  Before that I went out back and there was a cat carrying something across the yard

  it was a chipmunk....I yelled at at the cat and it dropped the chipmunk 

  said chipmunk went hopping across the lawn like a kangaroo

  and although I was a ways away from them and had decided to let nature take it's course

  and not interfere anymore

  the cat just sat there and let the poor fellow go his merry way

  I now have more respect for cats than I did 

   

  but this is the strangest thing that's happened in a long time

  I don't wear much makeup, just lip and lash color

  I put it on with the help of a little round magnifying mirror

  well I dropped it and it fell mirror side down on the bathroom floor

  I could tell by the sound that it broke

  and I automatically figured that I would be pretty much in trouble until 2019

  I picked it up and it had broken into a peace sign

   

  

  I'm not sure what to think now

  but I'm taking it as a good sign

  Ya'll be careful out there
